Nikhil Gupta | Instructor
Nikhil is a Managing Director at Peakside Capital, a top-tier Real Estate Private Equity firm operating out of Switzerland. Nikhil started his career as an Analyst in Big Cap Mergers & Acquisition at Rothschild & Co’s Paris office, before switching to Real Estate Private Equity at Peakside Capital.
At Rothschild, Nikhil worked on numerous large transactions in the retail, IT and real estate space. At Peakside, Nikhil discovered the ‘investor’s perspective’ by joining a hands-on real estate fund. His switch allowed him to discover how value is actually created – by acquiring, managing, turning around and selling investments himself. To date, Nikhil has completed more than €2.6bn in real estate transactions and today he looks after Peakside’s activities/funds in a senior position.
Nikhil is also an External Lecturer at ESSEC Business School (France) where he teaches Corporate & Private Equity Financial Modelling and Real Estate Private Equity to Masters in Management and Masters in Finance students.
